Privacy Policy

The short version

• No accounts and no cookies.
• Box sizes, weights, customer names and plans you enter are calculated in your browser and are never sent to us.
• We count page views and tool use without cookies.
• We don't collect your name, email address or anything else that identifies you.

What stays on your device

Everything you type into the tools. The calculations and the 3D view run in your browser. CSV and Excel files you import and lists you paste are read in your browser too; they are never uploaded.

Shared plan links. A shared plan is stored in the part of the link after the “#”, which browsers never send to a server. We also remove that part from our analytics before anything is sent.

Two settings in your browser's local storage: your theme choice (light or dark), and whether you have already answered the “Did this tool do the job?” question, so we don't ask again. They are needed for features you use, are never sent to us, and are removed when you clear this site's data in your browser.

If you turn on “Remember my plans in this browser” in the load planner, your last five plans are also kept in your browser's local storage: the vehicle, the items and the names you entered (including customer names). The option is off by default; nothing is stored unless you turn it on. It lets you pick up where you left off on your next visit, and the plans are never sent to us. Delete them by turning the option off, with “Clear history”, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Usage statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load. Neither uses cookies. According to Vercel, a visit is identified by a hash created from the request that is discarded after 24 hours, and the data is used only for aggregate statistics that do not identify you.

Recorded for each page view: the page address (without the part after “#”), the referring site, country and region, device type, operating system and browser. For tool use we also record which tool was used and coarse details such as the vehicle or pallet type and the size range of your list — never the values you entered. We also count answers to the “Did this tool do the job?” question, in the same way.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing which tools are used and keeping the site fast (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and may keep technical logs for security and reliability for the period Vercel sets.

Fonts

Fonts are served from our own server. Opening the site sends no request to Google or any other font service.

Service provider and transfers abroad

Vercel is based in the United States and may process data there. It is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its privacy notice describes how it protects data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU and EEA) and KVKK (Türkiye) you can ask whether we process data about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw any consent you gave. Requests are free and we answer within 30 days.

In practice we hold no data that identifies you: the tools run in your browser and our statistics are anonymous. The only personal data involved is your IP address, which Vercel processes to deliver the site. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority; in Türkiye that is the Personal Data Protection Board, after first applying to us.

Children

The tools are meant for people working in logistics and are not directed at children under 16.
